Average thickness with only needle foam. Set in, small shape with an average thickness of needled cotton wadding. Stitched top & bottom cover, with very curved armhole edge. Suitable for fitted styles with a narrow sleeve head. 

Recommended Sleeve Head:
We recommend using sleeve heads SG/2 or SG/N with this pad.
